Peter Papanicolaou, Director Nike Real Estate Fund and Nike Realty Advisors, Ltd.
Mr. Papanicolaou is President of New York based JF Contracting Corp. and has over twenty years experience in the real estate and construction fields. Mr. Papanicolau is a joint venture partner with Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co., an internationally recognized asset management firm in a large multifamily apartment portfolio in the US. Mr. Papanicolaou has extensive knowledge and experience with Building Departments Regulations and city building codes. His work has been recognized by various organizations and officials including the Bronx Borough President with the Business Man of the year award, the Brooklyn Borough President and the New York City Comptroller. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Civil Engineering Honor Society. Prior to JF Construction, Mr. Papanicolaou held a position at NJIT, where he developed new technology for the cleanup of toxic contaminated soils for industrial sites and military bases.
Mr. Papanicolaou was born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus, where he received his primary and secondary education and served in the National Guard of Cyprus. Mr. Papanicolaou graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where he enrolled in a special program for honor students with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Construction Management. He is professionally affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and he is a member of the Civil Engineering Honor Society. Mr. Papanicolaou is the Supreme President of the Cyprus Federation of America, an umbrella organization for all Cypriot Americans.
Louis P. Lagios, Director Nike Real Estate Fund and Nike Realty Advisors, Ltd.
Mr. Lagios has nearly 20 years experience in real estate investments and involvement in nearly $1 billion of real estate (including hospitality) transactions. Prior to forming the Nike Funds, Mr. Lagios was a partner at Fidelity-AMG Realty Partners, LLC since 2005 where he coordinated the largest retail acquisition in the State of NJ in 2005 with offshore funds. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Lagios was a Principal of GC Capital Partners, LLC, a boutique real estate investment advisory firm representing foreign investors acquiring real estate in the United States and Europe. Prior to forming GC Capital, Mr. Lagios was a Director of Sentinel Real Estate Investment Corp. from 2000-2001 where he created several investment funds for Middle East based investors. Prior to joining Sentinel, Mr. Lagios was Vice President of Investments and Counsel to ARC Properties, Inc./Tibor Pivko+Company from 1996-2000 and was responsible for the everyday operations of its affiliated REIT, ARC Corporate Realty Trust, Inc. Prior to joining ARC Properties, Inc., Mr. Lagios was an attorney with the Roseland, NJ law firm of Brach, Eichler where he practiced in the areas of real estate, reits, taxation and workouts. Mr. Lagios is also a licensed NYS real estate broker.
Mr. Lagios graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with honors and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Taxation from New York University. Mr. Lagios is a member of the ICSC, Hellenic American Bankers Association and Arab Bankers Association of North America.
Theodore Kakoyiannis, Director Nike Real Estate Fund and Nike Realty Advisors, Ltd.
Mr. Kakoyiannis is a founder and partner in Imian Properties, a real estate construction and development firm that acquires commercial and residential sites for development in the NY-NJ-CT area. Prior to founding Imian, Mr. Kakoyiannis was a principal in Fidelity-AMG Real Estate Development, LLC a real estate investment firm which acquires and develops institutional quality retail properties in the Northeast. Prior to joining Fidelity-AMG Real Estate, Mr. Kakoyiannis was counsel to the New York firm Eiseman Levine Lehrhaupt & Kakoyiannis, P.C. (2000 to 2004) with a specialty in real estate acquisition, leasing, development and finance. Prior to joining Eiseman Levine, Mr. Kakoyiannis was an attorney at the New York firm Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLC (1995 to 2000). Mr. Kakoyiannis specialized in construction litigation and representing architects and engineers in malpractice actions. Mr. Kakoyiannis is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
Mr. Kakoyiannis graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Politics with honors and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Kakoyiannis is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Bar Association, The Bar for the City of New York, ICSC and the Hellenic American Bankers Association.
Barbara Petropoulou, Director Nike Real Estate Fund
Mrs. Petropoulou is the founder and owner of Marketway, a Strategic Planning and Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations / Public Affairs firm in Cyprus. Mrs. Petropoulou is also an investor in US real estate and is partners with Messrs. Papanicolaou, Kakoyiannis and Lagios in a New York City redevelopment project.
Mrs. Petropoulou graduated from Columbia University (New York) in Economics, and Business Administration, with specialization in Strategic Planning. She is a member of many Professional Associations, given numerous lectures in her field of expertise and has published various articles in specialized business, and other publications.
Yiorgos Lillikas, Director Nike Realty Advisors, Ltd.
Mr. Lillikas has expertise in the fields of international and European affairs, negotiations, strategy, investment projects (energy, real estate, tourism). Mr. Lillikas has served as:

Omiros Pissarides, Director Nike Realty Advisors, Ltd.
Mr. Pissarides is the owner and Managing Director of Cyprus-based Ominthia Capital, an investment company holding a diversified portfolio of real-estate and stock exchange markets, primarily in Cyprus, Greece, Eastern Europe, Middle East and USA. Prior to setting up Ominthia Capital in 2008, Mr. Pissarides had successfully invested in a number of real estate funds, while simultaneously holding full-time managerial positions based out of Dubai, UAE. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Regional Channel Manager for Middle East, Africa and Pakistan for Nasdaq-quoted Intermec Technologies where he executed a strategy that enabled existing partners to achieve significantly higher performance and establised Intermec in virgin areas through the appointment of business partners in Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Pakistan. Prior to joining Intermec, Mr. Pissarides was the founding General Manager of Logicom Dubai, heading the operations of the CSE-quoted Logicom Public Ltd across the Gulf Cooperation Council and Pakistan region. In the period 2002 to 2005, he established Logicom’s Dubai offices in Kuwait and Qatar and achieved sales growth of more than 1100%.
Mr. Pissarides received a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Economics and Accounting from Hull University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College.
